We will be unable to trace goods lost in transit if notification is after 30 days from dispatch and we shall have no liability to you. ABOUT OUR PRICES The prices advertised on this Site are for orders placed through our Site facility. Prices on some items may differ from those listed in other advertisements and catalogues. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any "list prices" used on this Site relate to the manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. Any reference to "savings" used on this Site indicates the average savings off the "list price". Your actual savings will vary depending upon the goods purchased and the date of the transaction. We reserve the right to limit sales. Offers and product ranges displayed on this website are not available to wholesalers or resellers of hobby goods. DELIVERY We will deliver the goods ordered by you as soon as reasonably practicable to the address you give us for delivery. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and usually despatch on the day of the order if received before noon. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 working days, we will advise you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered on delivery of them to the address you have requested. Once goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for damage or their loss. CANCELLATION You may exercise your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of us receiving your order. If you do decide to cancel, you should put this in writing - either by e-mail, fax or letter. Goods are to be returned to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We shall refund you, within 30 days, the price you paid for any goods returned, PROVIDED THAT such goods are returned by you/collected by us at your own cost and received by us in as new condition. FORCE MAJEURE We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damaged or defect to goods delivered.
